The Autoimmune Strong Small Group Coaching Class is designed to give you all of the benefits of the Autoimmune Strong program, while providing extra encouragement, motivation, accountability and support. It’s designed to help you every step of the way.


The Coaches

The Autoimmune Strong Small Group Class will be led by not one, but TWO real live coaches!

Coach Krysti Slonaker will be leading the classes- she is an expert fitness professional with extensive expertise in specialized exercises for the autoimmune population. Krysti attended the National Academy of Sports Medicine to acquire her Personal Trainer certification and went on to get further Specialist Certifications in Corrective Exercise, Women's and Senior Fitness. She is currently attending classes through the Functional Aging Institute to further her training and certifications in Corrective modalities and Pain Management. She also has a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association.

AND you will get to work with me, Andrea Wool, the founder, creator and personal trainer who developed Autoimmune Strong.

So- you will get private access to TWO personal trainers who specialize in autoimmune and chronic pain exercise. We will help you set realistic goals and motivate you and keep you accountable so that you can meet those goals! We will also provide personalized exercise modification when needed.



The Group

You will have a small group of other Autoimmune Strong members to support you, encourage you and motivate you- because you will all be going through the exercises at the same pace. This is like having an accountability buddy times 10.


The Program


The program includes the following:

  • An expert personal trainer who specializes in exercise and autoimmune disease

  • Complete access to the Autoimmune Strong online video series

  • Weekly personalized goals that will help you stay accountable and motivated and will help you achieve your long term goals

  • A weekly 1h conference call where the coaches and group members come together and discuss their workouts, their successes and challenges, and set goals for the following week

  • A private facebook group for your small group only- so that you can communicate with your coaches and fellow members 24/7

  • Personalized modifications for any exercise that isn't right for your body

  • An accountability buddy as an extra boost of special support


It all begins with a kickoff call, where you get to meet your coaches and group members, talk in detail about the program, and set personalized long-term and short-term goals for your journey in this program.


The summer session start and end date will be annouced soon, as well as class days and times. TBA!

Upon registration, you will mark the class options that work best for you, and once enrollment closes, you will be assigned to a group with one of the options you requested.*

*This is to make sure we have the right amount of people in the group- too many people in one group can make it less intimate and effective.


The class commitment is 12 weeks long- enough time to make some serious change to your body. By the end of the 12 weeks- you will be feeling amazing in ways you never expected!


The exercises will be done via the Autoimmune Strong video program, available 24/7.

The in person class will meet weekly, via a video conference call. The calls will be conducted via the zoom application- which is free and super easy to set up (and don't worry, we will show you how). And if you can't make every call- that's ok! The calls will be recorded and available for playback anytime.
