The Autoimmune Strong Small Group Coaching Class is designed to give you all of the benefits of the Autoimmune Strong program, while providing extra encouragement, motivation, accountability and support. It’s designed to help you every step of the way.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
The Autoimmune Strong Small Group Class will be led by not one, but TWO real live coaches! You will get to work with me, Andrea Wool, the founder, creator and personal trainer who developed Autoimmune Strong. Joining me will be Krysti Slonaker, an expert fitness professional with extensive expertise in specialized exercises for the autoimmune population. So- you will get private access to TWO personal trainers who specialize in autoimmune and chronic pain exercise. We will help you set realistic goals and motivate you and keep you accountable so that you can meet those goals! We will also provide personalized exercise modification when needed.
Krysti attended the National Academy of Sports Medicine to acquire her Personal Trainer certification and went on to get further Specialist Certifications in Corrective Exercise, Women's, and Senior Fitness. She is currently attending classes through the Functional Aging Institute to further her training and certifications in Corrective modalities and Pain Management. She also has a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association.
You will have a small group of other Autoimmune Strong members to support you, encourage you and motivate you- because you will all be going through the exercises at the same pace. This is like having an accountability buddy times 10.
The program includes the following:
- TWO expert personal trainers who specialize in autoimmune and chronic pain exercise
- Complete access to the Autoimmune Strong online video series
- Weekly personalized goals that will help you stay accountable and motivated and will help you achieve your long term goals
- A weekly 1h conference call where the coaches and group members come together and discuss their workouts, their successes and challenges, and set goals for the following week
- A private facebook group for your small group only- so that you can communicate with your coaches and fellow members 24/7
It all begins with a kickoff call, where you get to meet your coaches and group members, talk in detail about the program, and set personalized long-term and short-term goals for your journey in this program.
The program begins the week of September 24th.
Class times are as follows:
Tuesdays at 1:00 pm EST, starting Sept 25th and ending Dec 18th
Wednesdays at 8:30 pm EST, starting Sept 26th and ending Dec 19th
Thursdays at 8:30 pm EST, starting Sept 27th and ending Dec 19th
Saturdays at 11 am EST, starting Sept 28th and ending Dec 22nd
After you enroll, you will be sent to a page where you can check all the class times that work for you.
(Note: We may not run all class times, it depends on the enrollment numbers. We will contact you directly to confirm your exact class time.)
The class commitment is 12 weeks long- enough time to make some serious change to your body. By the end of the 12 weeks- you will be feeling amazing in ways you never expected! (Read this blog to learn about why the 12 week commitment is so important in order to see real change!)
The exercises will be done via the Autoimmune Strong video program, available 24/7.
The in person class will meet weekly, via a video conference call. The calls will be conducted via the zoom application- which is free and super easy to set up (and don't worry, we will show you how). And if you can't make every call- that's ok! The calls will be recorded and available for playback anytime.
$349 (For 12 weeks, that's just $29 a session!)
