The Basic Foundations

Begin here. You will learn the most basic foundations of all other movements. These movements are critical to learn- they will be used in all future videos.

The Advanced Foundations

Once you feel comfortable with the Basic Foundations, move on to the Advanced. Here, you will review what you learned in the Basics while adding more advanced moves into the mix.

The Expert Foundations

Congratulations! You are ready for the Expert Foundations. Here, you will build upon your prior Foundation knowledge, and get prepared for the next phase- Movement.

Autoimmune Strong Food Guide

 

Autoimmune Strong is primarily a fitness and exercise program. However, what we eat has an enormous impact on how we feel. In this first Autoimmune Strong Food Guide, I am going to tell you why I think food is an essential part of becoming Autoimmune Strong and give you step by step instructions on how to eat the right food to minimize your pain and symptoms and to maximize your energy and zest for life. 

 

Equipment List: 

No equipment is required, however I do recommend a few items.

For The Basic Foundations: A Yoga Mat and a Foam Roller are very handy. A tennis ball, a lacrosse ball, or a P-Knot will be helpful too.   

For The Advanced Foundations: Same as above. 

For The Expert Foundations: same as above plus 3 to 5 pound dumbbell weights.
