The Autoimmune Strong Movement Program is a video streaming service designed to increase strength slowly and methodically without triggering a flare-up or causing pain. 

Using 10-30 minute fitness routines and limited equipment, it will be easy for you to incorporate strength and toning movements into your daily life.

In each section, you will receive:

  • An introductory video telling you what to expect from each phase.
  • Instructional videos that will teach you the science and the technique behind each movement in each series. 
  • Specific written workout routines designed for you to implement the movements learned in the instructional videos. These routines are for daily use in the comfort of your own home. 
  • Continual release of additional videos and exercise programming, so you will always have new content to work on. 

As a member of Autoimmune Strong, you will also have access to a wealth of additional guided content designed to compliment the fitness program.

The Autoimmune Strong Food & Lifestyle Program is designed to compliment the Autoimmune Strong Movement Program. The development of movement, flexibility and strength is incredibly effective in helping people support a healthy lifestyle. However, exercise alone is not enough. Food and lifestyle modifications are essential to becoming Autoimmune Strong.  

As an Autoimmune Strong member, you will receive:

  • Autoimmune Strong Food Guides. These guides will provide a deeper look into how what we eat affects how we feel. They will explore the benefits of eating nutrient dense foods, and provide easy to follow, step by step guidelines and recipes so you can feel confident incorporating a nutrient dense diet into your life. 
  • Autoimmune Strong Lifestyle Guides. These will provide details about how simple lifestyle changes can have a major impact on our immune system, and how we can leverage them to help us decrease pain and inflammation. (The first lifestyle guide will be released mid Winter 2017)
  • Additional guides to be published quarterly, so you have constant access to new information.  
  • Plus, additional information and tips easily accessed through a variety of sources, such as emails to Autoimmune Strong members, blog posts, and through the Autoimmune Strong social media pages.   

Additionally, as a member of Autoimmune Strong, you will also have access to a community of other Autoimmune Strong members.
