The Expert Foundations

Overview: Before you begin the Expert Foundations, make sure you have spent time practicing the Basic & Advanced Foundations, as they are a necessary foundation for these Expert moves. The Expert homework will include moves from both the Basic and the Advanced Foundations, making it a comprehensive, strength and flexibility building program.

When you feel ready, start with the Introduction. Here you will learn how the Expert Foundations work & what to expect. Begin the videos and watch in order. The expert videos are a little shorter in length, as there is less talking and more movement in these routines. Many of the expert movements are total body, so you need less time to work the same number of muscles.

Take as much time as you need to learn the exercises using the videos. Follow the homework instructions for the weekly exercise progression. And have fun! 

 

INTRODUCTION TO THE EXPERT FOUNDATIONS (2 mins in length)

Homework Instructions: After watching the Introduction to the Expert Foundations, please move on to the next video- Expert Foundations Video #1: The Core.


THE CORE: EXPERT FOUNDATION VIDEO #1 (12 mins in length)

Homework Instructions: Now that you have watched video #1, please click on the rectangular link above to find your homework for the week. Purchasing a 3 to 5 pound dumbbell will be helpful in order to complete this homework. Follow the daily instructions, which include exercise days and rest days. The schedule is important, it will help your body adapt to these new movements in the proper fashion. When you have finished the homework, move on to the next video.


THE MUSCLES: EXPERT FOUNDATION VIDEO #2 (12 mins in length)
